I want to grow my business

You have goals, but do you know the path to achieve them?

Having a basic website, taking a course, and watching hundreds of videos on YouTube isn’t the answer. A good system is!
A personalized system helps you:

Stay Focused

Remove Resistance

Make space for creativity

Build confidence

Grow your business

Do you want a personalized system that will help you take action towards achieving your goals?

Your new coach

Welcome!

You’re here, and that already tells me that you are savvy enough to know that the systems you are using can be improved.
Maybe you want to work less so you can spend time with your children or maybe you’re ready to grow an empire. Whatever your goals and dreams are, there is a path to make it happen and it doesn’t take every trick in the book, but it does require using the right methods and tools that will work for you.
I’m here to help you create a plan that will help you take consistent action towards achieving YOUR goals. And yes, it includes having a kick-ass website!
No matter where you are in your journey of creating a successful business, by following my 6 step program, you WILL grow your business.
Cheers,
Wendy-signature

Step 1: Clarity

From taking care of the daily administrative tasks, marketing, sales, creating new packages and products, and supporting clients, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done. On top of that, if you’re like most solo-entrepreneurs, you LOVE helping clients have transformations and are constantly thinking of new ways to help them. Next thing you know, you’ve spent x amount of hours researching or brainstorming. You might be even more confused about which direction to go in because there are so many options.
Your focus should be on doing the activities that will bring you new clients and supporting your existing clients.
We'll start by going deep into who you are, what your company is all about, who your customers are, and of course, where you envision yourself in the future

Step 2: Planning

Ever tried to build a table? What if the only tool you had to build a table was a saw? What if you had never seen a table and had to build one? Neither scenario would probably end in success.
There are thousands of tools available to help businesses be successful but they don’t all work for every business. What works for one business may not work for you or for your clients. And more importantly, success looks different for everybody so we’ll make sure to use the tools to create your kind of successful business.
Your website should be designed from the perspective of your customer’s experience so you can help them make the decision to purchase your offering.

Together we will plan a website that:

Captures the attention of your customers

From the start, your customers should know exactly what you do and why it’s important for THEM.

Reinforces your brand

You’ve started building a name for yourself. Your website should tell your customers who you are and what you’re about.

Guides your customers to take action

Regardless of where you spend your time, your clients should be able to go to your website and know exactly how to engage with your business.

Makes sales for you

Your website should do a lot of the work for you. Let your clients sign up for your offer whenever it’s convenient for them.

Step 3: Building

This is where many people get stuck. Can you do it all yourself? Sure… but if setting up systems is not one of your strengths then it’s going to take a lot of time. Your time is always best spent on promotion. Can you imagine what it will feel like when you log on to your website and see everything set up for you? Instead of spending the time needed to learn all the tech things (that you will probably only have to do once), imagine how much time you’ll have to do the things in your business that you love to do.
Through images and content you will connect with your customers and create an emotional connection with them. I’ll do the heavy lifting of designing and developing the website and integrating the tools that are going to help you make money.
We'll schedule live revision sessions to fine tune things as we go so you'll always be a part of the process. Just be prepared to laugh during the meetings because watching your vision come to life week by week is fun. Before each live editing session, you will deliver images and written content that conveys the message that you want your customers to hear.
Don’t have any images? Not a fan of writing? Don’t worry, I can help you out with that, too, but it will require an add-on to the website+coaching package. Of course, you can always hire a content creator, take a course, or work with a coach to help you create engaging content.

Step 4: Tech Skills Development

If I’m building everything for you, will you know how to use your new website system?
Yes. You will learn how to use your website and other tools during our meetings so you're set up to take action and grow your business. From adding content, sending out email campaigns, keeping track of your tasks, to supporting your clients, you will learn (if you don’t already) how to use the tools to run your business.
If you decide to post content late at night (or early morning), your website dashboard will have all of your tech support details as well as links to video tutorials.

Step 5: Take Action

Having a good plan and the tools to implement the plan is 50% of the success matrix. The other 50% is taking action.
Once you have a system in place that is easy to use and you’re empowered with the skills to use it, you’ll find it easier to take action on the things in your business that are going to bring in the most amount of clients. With the detailed marketing plan that we create together, you’ll know exactly what you need to do and the steps to do it.
Now all you have to do is follow the plan!

Step 6: Accountability

Being consistent is a key factor in business growth. After your website is launched, you'll continue to have ongoing accountability support until 1 year from the date of our first meeting.
Each month, you and I will review your marketing plan and the progress you’re making. If there are things that are working well for you, we’ll adjust the plan to include more. If there are things that aren’t working, we will either tweak the plan or change it until we find the solution that works best for you and your customers.
If you have someone to keep you accountable and requires that you show up, you’ll have the motivation and encouragement to take consistent action so you can build the business of your dreams.
